I just wanted to say thank-you once again for selling our property so quickly and give you some positive feedback. I always think people only let people know negative feedback & forget about the positive.
We did have a rapport with you because you did sell our shed for us and we did buy this property off you quite some years ago. But even if this had not of happened we would have wanted you to sell our property for a few reasons.
I did ask another agent to do a market appraisal, which they came to the house but I received nothing from them and no follow up call. Whereas you called us with the market appraisal and also emailed AND posted a hard copy.
You then gave us a bit of time and then followed up with another call without being too pushy.
You were very understanding towards us considering I particularly was very emotional about is sale.
You certainly do your research and know your stuff! Every other property I mentioned to you to compare to ours (many were not listed with you), you knew everything about them which filled us with confidence and showed you really know what you are doing. On the other hand the other agent couldn't even remember some details about a house they had just recently sold!
Leaving me with many questions about their research and skills.
The main thing I found is that whenever I talked to other people about selling our property and who it was listed with, most people said they had either dealt with you and said you were fantastic or had never dealt with you but had heard you were very good. So you have a very good name for yourself around this area!
Anyway enough of my rambling. Thank you once again and we hope you have a relaxing Christmas and all the best for 2013.

For the last 14 months or so we have been renting a storage shed through your office.
During this time I have been dealing with Kate Campbell and I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know what a pleasure it has been to have dealt with Kate during this time.
She has always been so professional and helpful with anything that I have had to do with the leasing of the shed with her. From changing from a larger shed to the smaller shed, the insurance, the account for the shed and lastly when we were vacating, nothing has ever been a problem.
Although we no longer have our gear stored in the shed and therefore no longer need to communicate with Kate, I would recommend her readily and also your company with regard to the storage shed rentals.
Also I would like to take this opportunity to mention that when we were selling our property and had listed it with Kate Craig, we also found dealing with Kate Craig a great experience.
